    Dieting help

Hey guys, over the past year I've been reading alot and most of the stickies and still have yet to organize a bulking program.. I would like to stick to a strict bulking diet for a while and see my mere 130 lb semi-athletic body turn into a 140 pound monster of lean muscle haha

but yeh, I really just need to organize everything together and figure out a program that I will stick to and will maximize results.

I still don't have a training regiment either. I play lacrosse and next year is my final year playing and I would like to be the best player I can be.. I really want to get my act together but just don't know where to start.

I think it's just that everythings so overwhelming, I want to establish a diet and a training program to stick to at the same time but I never can find the initiative to actually create them. I feel as if I make one of these programs, and/or diets they will be flawed.

your exactly right in knowing where the problem is. its very hard to stick to a diet and training routine. its an absolute must to make it a priority! lacrosse is a rough sport so you know that size will help you a lot, 130's is not very big. for me i find the best way to stick to a diet or routine is to write it down and keep it in view as often as possible. take paper to the gym to keep a log of what you do or want to follow. if you need to get up early to get in gym time. also cook foods ahead of time so its an ease to just grab something or warm it up. on sundays i cook a ton of chicken and beef, fish. also keep quick oats in stock along with veggies and other complex carbs. i you know ahead of time what you are gona eat/do for the day it makes the rest easier. you just gotta make it a priority!

White bread is crap, and probably did more damage than having not eaten it at all.

edit: What was in your omelet? And what's this diced steak? What kind was it, how much did you eat, how was it prepared?
