    what kind of water?

    ok i know youre suppose to drink alot of water ive heard 120 oz or about a gallon. my question is this does the water i use to mix my protien shakes count or does it have to be straight water? And what about water based products such as lemonade or tea do they count towards my water intake?

    all fluids count...although personally water is all i ever drink. and you can mix your protein with whatever you want.

    does it have to be water or can it be flavoured, I drink 1/3 of my 'water' as diet lemonade (say 1 ltr a day) then 2 ltrs a day is plain old water.

    The kind that's in lot's of stuff.

    If I piss clear a couple of times a day, I feel I've done well. Water or whatever.. piss clear. Everyone wants to make easy hard.
