    when to take my supplements

    well should i take my multi vitamin and omega-3 after breakfast or before? it might matter anyway but i was just curious.

    I usually take my multivitamins after food. Omega 3 is a fat, so work that into your macros for a meal.

    Take the fish oil throughout the day.

    I just assume after the meal for better digestion.
