thanks for all the help boys......if you would just take a quick quick glance at my current diet and give me some feedbacl on some toehr questions, I'd be really exactic.
eVER SINCE i GOT OUT OF THE HOPITALS WHICH WAS 3 WEEKS AGO tomorrow, I've been training on a 2 day on 1 day of rest routine. Toda was the first day in three weeks where I actually did a HEAVY (for me) back session and it felt geat. Heavy rows, tbar rows and deadlifts. Sure I only got 205 for 7 reps rest/pause, but it felt great. Mind you I was almost in a coma three weeks ago and eating was a dire struggle.'
Since then my training of chest, tris, bis light legs and shoulders have all gone extremely well. I am increasing the weight each session or adding a rep and the weights are finally feeling lighter. Yes I am weak, but keep in mind, after weeks of IV as your only source of nutrients, plays a huge role. Well, they let me go, with high liver enymes only. No cancer, no hiv, nothing out of the world, just need to follow up with the docs. He put me on oxycotin for pain which I have abused in the past (1 tab a day max) but with only two left, it's only in emergencies and that is done.
Here's my problem. I am 6'2....I left the hospital totally dpleted, emanciapted and weak at 140lbs clothed. That was just eating what I could obviously no lifting. I took the first week to just go through the motions get the blood flowimng etc and get my mnd back on track. I am seeing a shring and a nutionislts on a regular basis. I am on paxil (which I feel works great to help releive my anxiety) and valium/ambien to sleep. Someitmes I am allowed to take xanax if I feel like I'm going insane, but have been pretty good about it. Well, 3 weeks have gone by with me training about 4 tiimes each week and weighing myself each time. I've been folloing the above diet and doing NO CARDIO whatsoever, ujnless you call a few drop sets or supersets here and there cardio. My goal is to bulk up as clean as possible and try to keep my abbs in tact as much as possible (i.e. not go over 10%) so cutting will be easier. I am just concerned for a few reasons. One, although I am getting stronger, my abs are fading. Now I can understand this if I gorged and ate whatever, but you know me....havent cheated in YEARS!!!!! Today also, I am on a hrt base of 250mg every 2 weeks. I bumped it up two weeks ago to 100mg eod so about 300-400mg a week of enth and just added eq at 400mg for my ownm sake and for the mere fact that I wanted to, at 31, I feel like I have that right. I dont party, etc.
Ok, so I'm on the scale this am after breakfasast and I weigh in at 157.....?? WHAAT?? Sre it is fully clothed, two shirts, shoes, etc, but 17 pounds??? Is this fat? Is it because I have been eating one hour pretraining? Is it because of water weight?? I dont give a **** really because you know, I want o be on stage in two years. How the **** am I gonna get there at 6'2 and 160? I'm noit......I just wouldnt care AS MUCH if I ate whatever, but I am so regimented that it would depress anyone. So, can you guys do me one lst favor. Just tell me what I need to do to compete and I,m there...if gaining wait no matter what my body looks like now will make me stronger and get me there then I'll do it. My goal was to do NO CARDO for this 16 weekbulker, but now I'm womndering if thje weight is coming too fast.
Please dont read this and make me sound like a head case, but at one time I was BIHG and and =you guys hated me then, so I want to get back on your side...whatever it takes...be real with me......my cals dont even seem that high....so, if I train hard as helll, eat right, stayh away from the drunk seen acene lift and enjouy lift while eatimng and resting, will I make it" When dould you start cardio> Please please please...anyu advice - huge KRMA!!!! Thanks bros, I'm back and PRMISE to you.....abs are fading but if I can get em baclk, who the f cares! Please assist! Your friend, jeff

Jeff - There is no-one here that is qualified to help guide you. It is apparent that you are not fully cured from anorexia nervousa and I'm not a doctor and neither is anyone here. You really need the help of a nutritionist. I can't let anyone guide you here because our advice may put you into a worse state and could harm you. Please don't take offense to this but you need to see your doctor and a nutritionist.
