KelJu's Carb-cycling diet

I just spent 2 hours re-familiarizing myself with the carb-cycling diet that yielded me great results a few years ago. This is what I have come up with so far.

High Carb Day
8:00am (meal 1)
5 grams fish oil
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 Apple
3 eggs

11:00am (meal 2)
5 grams fish oil
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 eggs
1/2 apple

2:00pm (meal 3)
5 grams fish oil
1/2 Apple
1&1/2 cup cottage cheese

5:00pm (meal 4)
5 grams fish oil
1/2 cup oatmeal
1&1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup veggies

8:00pm (meal 5)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup veggies
8oz Broiled Salmon

10:30pm (meal 6)
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 scoops whey

Low Carb Day
8:00am (meal 1)
5 grams fish oil
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 Apple
3 eggs

11:00am (meal 2)
5 grams fish oil
3 eggs

2:00pm (meal 3)
5 grams fish oil
8oz chick breast

5:00pm (meal 4)
5 grams fish oil
1 cup oatmeal
8oz chick breast
1 cup veggies

8:00pm (meal 5)
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup veggies
8oz Broiled Salmon

10:30pm (meal 6)
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 scoops whey

No Carb Day
8:00am (meal 1)
5 grams fish oil
3 eggs
1 scoop whey

11:00am (meal 2)
5 grams fish oil
1 scoop whey
3 eggs

2:00pm (meal 3)
5 grams fish oil
1 cup veggies

5:00pm (meal 4)
5 grams fish oil
1&1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup veggies

8:00pm (meal 5)
1 cup veggies
8oz Broiled Salmon

10:30pm (meal 6)
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 scoops whey

This is as good as I can get. I have a demanding work schedule, which luckily for me, allows me to eat when I need to.

My only issue is I am curious about whether I should be eating more oatmeal on high carb day, or less oatmeal on low carb day.
