    Fat+carb+Protein meal question

    i read that any protein and carb meal shud contain less than 10g of fat, im wondering if this is true or not and if so shud i just consume all my EFA's as a seperate meal in the mornining or at night?

    There is nothing wrong with consuming more the 10 g of fat in a meal.

    EFA's should be consumed through out the day, during meals.
