    How's my diet look?

So I am going to cut my calories to 2800 over 5 meals for two weeks and then add another meal in to bump up to 3500. I weigh just over 170. Does it look okay?

    Meal 1
    Salmon 6 ounce
    Chard
    Yams
Big mixed green salad with avocado, cashews, celery, tomato, red peppers
    flax oil

    Meal 2
    Strawberries/ banana
    1 cup oats/ with figs
1.5 scoops of Whey Protein powder
    250 mil Kefir
    1 cup of almond milk

    Meal 3
    1 Chicken breast
    2 Potatoes or yams
    1 cup broccoli
    Salad
    Cod liver oil

    Meal 4
    Tuna
    1 cup wild rice
    1 cup broccoli
    12 raw almonds
    300 grams sheeps yogurt

    Meal 5
    Potein powder drink with spirilina
2 peanut butter & banana sandwiches on sproited bread

I take C, E, and a multi vitamins throughout the day and drink 10-12 glasses of water.

I know it's a bit weird but I eat fish for my first meal between 5:30am- 6:00am. Then I train 2 hours after that.

Not me. When I hit it hard I eat my first meal around 4:am, then do what ever is that days first routine. Breakfast comes in on my second meal. Seen a few journals where that was done and adopted the concept. I can actually sit down and enjoy breakfast with the family that way without messing up everyone else in the house.

It naturally does seem like a strange question though.
