Peanut Butter, or something like it?

    Peanut Wonder!

Hey guys I baught this PB, its natural, no trans fats, low calories and fat and tastes pretty close to the real thing.?? Is this stuff safe to eat? A lot of carbs but only 2gr of sugar, just less fat than regular PB, or something? no sat fat either, I was thinking of throwing in some flax or whey, to make .a homemade power butter without a lot of fat..

let me know if I should eat this stuff, its expensive though the only downfall like 6 bucks...even more than most natty pb.

    Looks like shit to me.

    Check the ingredients
Peanuts (as de-fatted peanut flour and natural peanut butter), tapioca syrup, pure water, dehydrated cane juice, rice syrup, vegetable glycerin, soy flour, salt, tapioca starch, natural flavors, paprika & annatto, calcium carbonate, lecithin, vitamins e & c (antioxidants).

Yeah eat what you've got but then go with regular natural PB from then on out. You'll know it's good if you look at the ingredients and it just says peanuts and peanut oil (sometimes salt but try to find one without added salt). The one I like is Smuckers natural organic, it tastes good and is just the peanuts and peanut oil.

I like to think, if it doesn't seperate from the oil.... then it's probably got stuff you don't want in it to make it a paste.
