One large egg carries 17 calories. I'd imagine, given that figure, it would range between 15-20 calories per egg because -well at least for me- sometimes I won't get the entire yolk out or sometimes I'll dump some of the whites out with the yolk.
And yes, I use one of those remover things, but it doesn't always do the trick.
What do people use to separate the yolk from the whites?
