Cutting/Bulking diets???

    Cutting/Bulking diets???

    Hey guys, i used to know where to look but have forgotten. Do you know where i can find some good diet plans for cutting and bulking for say 6 weeks at a time?

    See, I knew someone would ask this and Id doubt this wont be the last person.

    Your best bet is to look through some Journals. BigDyl has one and Reproman has some diet logs in his journal as well. Search for the username.

    Someone else has got to have some diet logs in their journals, so I hope they speak up here.

    Since I dont eat certain foods cuz of allergens, I have to see various diet plans and mix and match waht I can to meet my macros.
