I'm back on here now and need some meals help!!

Well I'm gonna be active on here again after a layoff. My workout/ work schedule is going to be tough (meal wise) and I need some advice.

I'm going to be getting up at 3:00am, working out at 04:00am or 04:30 doing cardio and lifting. Then get to work at 06:00am and at work until 16:15.
I know I need to prepackage meals, etc. But what?

    Thanks in advance!!
The beatings will continue until morale improves!!

Personal Goal: I WILL be playing "C" tournament ball next year!!!

This is what I have my boyfriend do:

The night before he blends 2 shakes worth in the blender. 1 for pre workout and one for post workout.

    3 Scoops Whey
    2 T. PB
    1 C. Yogurt
    1 C. Oats
    1 lg. Banana

He divides it into 2 bottles and drinks one when he wakes up and take the other with him for post workout.

I follow the fasted cardio concept, so first I'd work out your calories per meal and adjust and then, yeah, drink one before cardio.

It's not who you are underneath, it's what you do that defines you.
