Get your lifestyle in check you are spiraling to your grave.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

That's what I'm aiming for. I started at 325 pounds at 6'10" and 29% bf. Now I'm 305.5 pounds at 13.5%, I'd say I can lose about another 20 pounds of fat and get to about 285 or so.

He'd do very well if he could convert all that energy into results!

Dude, you're 305lbs @ 13.5%bf?

If that's true, even @ 6'10'' you've got to be huge!

Yep, I sometimes wonder about the bf% because I see it drop about 0.5% each week, but whatever. I can feel my abdominal wall through only a small amount of fat so I don't think my stomach size is going to go down by more than a few more inches.

When I started, the people at my gym told me that first I'd lose the weight, then have to build on muscle, but that didn't happen, the fat weight was just basically exchanged for muscle weight. When I started deadlifting, I actually added a half pound of weight, but I lost fat around my stomach and waist. My body likes to add a little muscle one week, then next week you see a reduction in waist size. Seems strange to me, what body type does that make me?
