You have obviously not read the stickies... all those questions are covered. I think Jodi's "Guide to Cutting, Bulking, and Maintenance" should be a mandatory read before being able to post in this section.......
As far as how many calories; take the number of calories you need for the entire day and divide it evenly... as a start. Tweak from there depending on where you may need more calories, like before a workout for example.
