How has ur diet changed since you started out?

I know mine has changed alot considering the 1st gym I joined told me to eat three meals a day, have a ham sandwich post workout. My workout lasted no less than 1 and a half hours.

Now I know alot about nutrition, consuming a protei/carb/fat mix every 3 hours im awake to keep myself anabolic

    What bout you?

I used to think that a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on white bread was the healthest thing you could have. when i lost my 45 pounds (after I gained my freshman 20 in college) i used to eat raw cookie dough right out of the tub...and I wondered why I could not get rid of my gut!
It's not who you are underneath, it's what you do that defines you.
