it has saturated fat which is NOT good for you. plus other ingredients aren't so hot either. there are tons of lists on this website with the right protein/carb/fat foods that you can mix and match for each of your 5-6 meals throughout the day. let me know if you have any other questions.

Sometimes the perfect food is just the one does the trick and is convenient at the time. I know a perfectly hot and lean muscular personal trainer in chicago who swears by the stuff.
    Go figure. :-).

Wait, if soy food is meant to increase estrogen, then would that mean the mono and poly unsaturated fats it has has no use? And I got this big list of foods to eat in one of the stickies (that someone showed me) and it had tofu in it.

Well I though eating alot of good fats would help increase testosterone levels and eating soy products would increase estrogen. And soy products usually contain alot of good fats. So shouldnt eating soy foods be good?

What he is trying to sat P is that healthy fats help to increace testosterone, so is the estrogen in soya beans cancelled out by the testosterone in the healthy fats present in soya.

Moderate amounts of fermented tofu is fine. If its not fermented, I would eat it.

In Japan women give their husbands soy if they're caught cheating or looking at other women because it decreases their testosterone. There was a reeally good objective article on soy somewhere.. where was that??....
