If I had my options of any fast food place and any meal: Wendys Triple Cheese Burger, Biggie Sized, with a Lemonade. I used to eat that a few days a week the first few years of college. OMG so delicious. yumyumyumyumyum. <3

This is what I'd go with. Here we have a similar place called Panchero's, which I consider relatively healthy. They make their wraps from scratch and in front of you.

I eat at Jimmy John's sometimes as well (specialty subs). They're my kyrptonite at the moment.

I'm not a big Jimmy John's fan, but I do go there sometimes when I've been drinking at school. It's open 'til 4, so...

    No I don't lead a sheltered life

I'm just saying that I have never eaten at fast food places much not even before I switch to healthy. Dante laughs at me because I have never eaten fried chicken before

I lived off of seafood and my idea of fast food was throwing a piece of fish on the fying pan with oil.

I think it's great to be honest; I wish I had that type of dedication. I used to gladware meals when I knew I was going to be gone for most of the day (work), but it is so much easier to be lazy and just grab what is considered a "semi-healthy" lunch at one of these "fast food" places (Chipotle, Pancheros). One of the worst feelings to me is the regret I get after eating horribly. Pyschologically, I think it's even worse for us "health nuts."
