What if you HAD to eat fast food?

Yes, we all know that fast food is bad for you... But, if you HAD to eat fast food at some point, what would you eat? I don't mean, make it a total cheat meal and get the Big Mac and super sized fries.....I mean, as far as options go, what's the best of the worst??

Sometimes I get stuck being unprepared.. either because of the group I'm with, time contraints, just not planning ahead, blah, blah, blah....

If I HAVE to go to subway I usually choose oven roasted chicken in a wrap with no sauce. And the Southwest Chicken Pita from Jack in the Box is pretty tasty.... grilled chicken, black beans, corn, onions, chipotle seasoning in a pita. (260 cals, 4.5g fat, 20g protein)

What do you do when you are stuck with no planned food and you are starving??

Never! I wouldn't eat that shit if you paid me. I'd get a salad with and something with real chicken and take the chicken out and put it on the salad.

Somehow, I knew that would be your answer!

Salad greens with chicken; that's a good idea! Sometimes the answers are SO simple! Thanks, Jodi!

Personally I'd buy some of the mini boxes of cereal, and carry a shaker bottle with one scoop of whey in it, and a spoon, buy a pint of milk, shake it and pour the cereal over instant (semi) clean meal

I'd just eat whatever the fuck I felt like. When I am not prepared and hungry, I am ravenous, I will grab the closest thing to eat.

I just eat, and don't think about the repercussions. Then regret it afterwords.

Most places have low fat milk. get a couple of glasses of that to hold you over until you can get a good meal.

This is why I hand out by the local NOW office. There's nothing better than feisty vagina.

Not that we have Jack in the Box in Utah, but I'd go with the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger and a diet coke.

Fast food makes me sick now when I try to eat it. I just opt to get a salad with grilled chicken since it seems like every fast food place carries salads now.

Man I knocked down two Beef and Potato Burritos at Taco Bell today with an Unbound Energy Drink. That's a solid ~1300cals of who the hell knows what. I don't eat like that all the time, but who cares. Some people are TOO anal for their own good (read 140lb 6' males). In all their efforts to stay clean, lots of guys call it a day after 2 pieces of chicken a bowl of rice and wonder why they take 5 years to gain 10lbs. As John Berardi would say, if you aren't chewing, you aren't growing!

I've HAD to eat fast food before. When I HAVE to do that, I always grab two grilled chicken sandwiches which extra lettuce and tomato - throw away the buns and just eat the chix and veggies.

I've been (but not lived) there too. I guess that Utah and Idaho are nice if you like small cities and nature.

I grew up in L.A. and like neither. My goal, with its associated plan, is to move back to L.A. by August 1st of next year.
