soy increases eostrogen in men which aint gud for muscle growth at all and if u go overboard with the soy it has some chemical in it which mimics tumor producing shit, and pretty much most plant sources of protein are crappy.
Ok so I've been taking soy protein pretty regularly since Decem, I'm starting to think it was a waste of all my money. I dropped the protein for few weeks and added some fish oil. Finally I started to put on little weight "few lbs in 2 week". But then I go and throw some soy protein in and I lost it all.
I've heard some bad things bout soy is this even possible or am I just loco?

Soy for men = big f'ing waste of time. But no, soy is not making you lose weight and fish oil is not making you gain weight, unless soy is ALL you ate, and by fish oil you mean 300 caps a day. Weight gain and weight loss are not determined by supplements. A friend of mine was on 1g of test a week but eating ~750cals under his maintenance level.. he didn't gain any weight. If THAT amount of "supplementation" doesn't put the weight on, soy and fish oil won't. EAT ALOT.. that's how you gain weight. Don't try to fine tune what you eat if you aren't even eating enough to begin with.
EDIT: Take that back, soy for anyone = big f'ing waste of time. Except maybe Asians - strange as it sounds, there is research that shows Asians can utilize more soy protein that Americans. Who knew?
