Post your diet up. What was your diet like previously? How fast did you make this transition?

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

it's not a written diet. I just stay away from sugar, saturated fat, and empty carbs. Beans, lean meats, chicken and turkey for protein. Olive oil for healthy fats. Beans, lots of vegetables, and some whole grain bread for fiber/good carbs. Been going "number 2" ALOT less for some reason...

Diet previously was horrible- ate anything I could catch Transition was immediate.

my stomach feels a little better when standing and not sitting, but still hurts.

Is it the beans? I remember the saying "Beans, beans they're good for your heart, but they make you fart" something like that lol

Baked beans are good for your heart,
the more you eat the more you fart.
The more you fart the better you feel,
eat baked beans for every meal.

write down what you are eating and the amount of calories and macronutrients.

you have to know what you are taking in before you can figure out what is wrong.

otherwise, this is like throwing darts....that game fucking sucks.
