Wtf?
In an muscle building diet you have to eat tons of calories, I know, but will eating them get you fat if you always eat too many calories on the recovery/rest days which are most likely 2-3 days? I do have a little bit of fat on me which im trying to get off by eating little or no sugar, but i dont know whats going on.
Wtf?

alright, stupid question sorry.
It's not who you are underneath, it's what you do that defines you.
keep this term close in hand when trying to loose weight: caloric deficit. you need to be burning more calories than you take in. this does NOT mean you stop eating as much, it's what you eat and how much you eat at each serving. any other questions message me, I promise I wont make you feel guilty about asking questions: it's how i've cleaned up my diet along with the stickies provided by the great members of this web site.

yes, to gain size you must eat more calories. You must get to a state that is hypercaloric (greater than maintenance level) in order to establish an environment which is good for anabolism. Yes, you may put on a little fat. it is impossible to over eat and try to put on muscle without putting on some fat. It comes with the territory. The idea is to set up your diet and training in a way that minimizes the amount of fat that you do put on.In an muscle building diet you have to eat tons of calories, I know, but will eating them get you fat if you always eat too many calories on the recovery/rest days which are most likely 2-3 days?
Not eating sugar is going to magically make you lose the fat that you have? You need to establish your goals and what you want to do. You either want to get bigger (and risk adding a little fat) or you want to get leaner. Either way, chose one and go with it, set up phases and don't try to serve two masters at the same time.I do have a little bit of fat on me which im trying to get off by eating little or no sugar, but i dont know whats going on.
