    1/2hr water break after a meal. how important?

    I like to take my fish oil pills right after a meal other wise i forget about them, and i usually down 16oz. of water with it. What is the downfall of drinking water right after a meal?

    None that I am aware of, but I'm far from an expert here. I'd be interested to see what some of them have to say on this.

    PS. I don't think you need 16oz of water for a few fish oil caps. 4oz or 8oz would probably be more than enough to wash 'em down. That's all you need to do, as far as I know.

    You don't fully absorb all nutrients, poopin' them out instead.
