Well this is just my novice take on things, but hard boiling an egg seals it in its natural packaging. In a pan there is mixing with the yolk and such, and I'm sure some of the egg itself disipates through the cooking process.

I'd go with boiled for the win, but again thats just my .02
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Never really thought about it. Probably pretty much negligible, just eat whatever you prefer, if there is any difference it isn't worth splitting hairs over.

Iain is right...there is not much nutritional difference between a boiled egg and a fried one with the exception that if you fry, take care not to use more oil than necessary. I recommend using a calorie-free spray of some sort, like PAM. Another thing to consider is that you can very easily become bored with eating eggs a certain way, say for instance during a cutting phase when you are dieting down. Food for thought...Good luck.

Whenever I have used PAM the eggs have stuck to the pan.

...or grapeseed oil, or olive oil...if the eggs stick when you use PAM the pan may be too hot...I haven't had any trouble using PAM...

It could be your pan. My "main pan" used to take PAM well, but now it doesn't work for eggs and would lead to the eggs being burnt.

I just had six whites, two yolks, slice of swiss cheese, brocolli, carrots, jalapenos and pepper topped with salsa for dinner.

    Yum.

Step 1. Cook eggs to flipping point.

Step 2. Throw Omelette toppings on.

Step 3. Flip the eggs over onto itself. Continue cooking.

So theyre scrambled...you pour it ont a pan...then just wait until you think one side is done? Well, if one side is done, doesnt the other side burn?

Whats common to put in the omlette?

U can pretty much put anything savoury into an omlette, mushrooms, onions, peppers, cooked chicken, grilled steak, cheese etc etc etc, when one side of cooked you flip it over so the raw 'top' gets heat from the pan to cook.

I used to love omlettes for lunch, but got sick of them.

I cant stomach more than 3 cold whole boiled eggs in one meal, so after the 3rd one I always toss the yolk.

I usually fry my eggs and I actually like them a little burned so

Stuff like jalapeno peppers goes pretty well, that's what I throw in mine when I make one.
