In a regular workday, it seems that it is so hard to eat healthy..what do you guys eat for lunch that doesn't take long to make or isn't too complicated? What is considered a good snack for bodybuilders or people looking to lose weight?

I usually have leftovers for lunch. Lots of chicken. I try to make sure dinner the night before is large enough to yield a couple of lunches. As far as snacks go, I snack on fruit and protein bars.

I do the same as baboon, I fix enough food at one time to make 4 or 5 meals. If I don't have time to cook then usually I'll make a quick run to subway and get a footlong sub. For snacks, it's usually protein bars,RTD Shakes, fruit, and lowfat yogurt.

For a healthy, low-fat lunch, try a salad. You can make it yourself the night before and take it to work with you.Make sure to throw in some low-fat cheese, boiled eggs or chicken so you get your protein.
