    Football

The football (soccer in america) season starts in England pretty soon and i dont wanna fuck up my diet by eating pies/burgers during the week, and i dont really see myself eating chicken and rice at half time, so I was wondering what I could eat instead. I was thinking about sandwiches/salads as they games are always in the evening.

    Any ideas would help.

    Thanks

Pack for leisure the same as you pack for work. Take a lunch box of Tupperware filled with things like brown rice with chicken, fresh veggies, a lean protein source, and a few pieces of fruit.

Why not have a grilled chicken breast sandwich on sprouted grain bread with mustard and then some celery, cucumber, carrot sticks and a fruit.

Haha, this is soccer in England we're talking about. Turn up to to a game with a tupperware picnic prepared and you'll probably get your head kicked in!

    Good idea for work though.....
