    Natural Peanut Butta

    It's called "better'n peanut butter"
    Macros include: for every 2 tablespoons
    2.5g fat total
    polyunsat. fat 1g
    Monounsat. fat 1g
    Sodium 95mg
    Total carb 13g
    Sugar 2g
    Protein 4g

    Ingredients: peanuts (as defatted peaunut flour and natural peanut butter), tapioca syrup, pure water, dehydrate cane juice, rice syrup, vegetable glycerin, soy flour, salt, tapioca starch, natural flavors,paprika & annatto, calcium carbonate, lechithin, vitamins E & C.

    I'm calling bullshit that I eat this shit like ice cream. Somebody break it down, tell me it's shitty so I can throw out 12 dollars worth.

    Ingredients: peanuts (as defatted peaunut flour and natural peanut butter), tapioca syrup (sugar), pure water, dehydrate cane juice (sugar), rice syrup (sugar), vegetable glycerin (sugar alcohol), soy flour, salt, tapioca starch, natural flavors (whatever that means),paprika & annatto, calcium carbonate (chalk), lechithin, vitamins E & C.
    just have natural peanut butter.... ingredients: peanuts.

    Any peanut butter thats considered natural will have peanuts and salt in the ingredients. That pretty much will be it.

    But I wont eat that shit.

    I use a different peanut butter for now thats filled with Omegas.

    I made my own batch of PB for the first time a couple of nights ago.... OH MY GAWD!! It is SOOOO good!
    I will never buy jarred stuff again!

    I just threw some roasted, unsalted peanuts in my blender with a tiny dash of sea salt and a dash of splenda. The hardest part is not letting myself eat more than 2 tablespoons per day!
