    what do u think?

    changed up my diet. Im 5'9 152lbs 9.3% body fat and Im trying to bulk up. tell me what u think, i could really use the insight.

    meal 1:
    5 egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 banana

    calories: 480

    Meal 2:
    6 oz chicken
    1 apple
    1/2 cup cooked brown rice
    1 cup mixed veggies(squash,broccolli,carrots,spinache)

    Calories: 515

    Meal 3: Non workout days Protein shake
    1.5 scoops whey
    2 tbs peanut butter
    1/2 cup oats
    1/2 banana
    8 oz skim milk

    Calories: 670

    Workout days protein shake( I drink half pre and half post)
    3 scoops whey
    2 tbs peanut butter
    1 cup oats
    1 banana
    8oz skim milk

    Calories: Pre-workout: 530 Post workout: 530

    Meal 4:
    4 slices sprouted grain bread
    1 can tuna
    1 tbs mayo
    1 cup mixed veggies(squash,broccolli,carrots,spinache)

    Calories: 630

    Meal 5:
    1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    2 tbs natural peanut butter

    Calories: 350


    Total of 2645 on NON workout days
    Total of 3050 on WORKOUT days

    I wud remove peanut butter from PWO..

    Ditto. Fat in a PWO will slow down protein absorbtion into the body and it would be pointless to take whey with peanut butter.

    That and carrots are probably not the best choice for veggies.

    sweet. yea i read that about the peanut butter and have already omited it from my pwo shake. appreciate the help!
