    This is gross

If a certain food gives me explosive diarrhea does that mean my body is rejecting it? If i have a meal replacement shake (regardless of brand) i have explosive diarrhea about 30 minutes later.. then im totally fine.

Or is my body just making room for this liquid meal?

I love the description. "explosive" diarrhea. great imagery.

My guess is yes. Lactose intolerance maybe?

Have you tried using a different brand of MRP, I found thatr Muscle Techs Nitro Tech gave me 'bad gas' and EAS whey used to give me incredible stomach cramps when I was 16
