    Lentils and Sweet Potato

So my question is which is better in which meal...

    9:00 am my meal/snack is:
    Lentils
    1 Can of Tuna

7:00 pm it is (first meal after PWO shake, an hour and a half after):
Sweet Potato (couple of table spoons worth, its mashed)
1/2 Can of Chicken breast w/ a little mustard
    1 Egg
    1 Apple

My question is, are the lentils better in the morning meal or should I swap the lentils with yams?

    Thanks in advance.

lentils are only good when eaten in the morning. they will make you fat if eaten at the end of the day.

I had some lentils last night before bed and I'm now sporting a beer gut.

Seriously, I don't think it matters.
