    Meals for The Week (Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner)

If yall could tell me what kind of meals yall have for breakfast, lunch, dinner during the day during your cutting phases i would highly appreciate it. I want to get a list so i can pre plan my weekly diet of what i will have to make it easier for me to cut calories and lose weight. This is the only way i c possible that i can reach my goals of being cut while working & going to school not to mention other things that undermine just living life.

All replys will be greatly appreciated

I like egg whites and oatmeal mornings. Afternoon a peice of chicken or turkey breast with some veggies. Night time salmon with veggies.
