Looks like you are eating next to nothing. not a good thing.
What is the Macro's / Caloric intake?
i am 5'10 195lbs i checked my bodyfat and it was around 12 13percent.so it comes out that i have 175lbs of lean muscle. i ussed it on that machine that u squeeze really hard with your hands. it dont sound to accurate. but here is my diet. mornin at 4:30 5 egg whites and 1 piece of wheat toast glass of 2% milk. 8:00 protein shake 45g protein, 11:00 tuna with chopped bell peppers and onions 30g protein, 1:00 same as 11:00 then i hit the gym, post workout same as 2, i get home around 4:00 wait 4 the woman to get home and its usually chicken breast or turkey grilled on the foreman grill with veggies i try to eat greens with all my meals and im not counting lettuce. and i drink at least 8 16oz bottles of water. (i am a water delivery driver and its hot down here with the humidity)my training is on the training forum

where or what do i need to add. i just added my calorie intake its very low 1500. i take a multi twice a day fish oil 6 caps and flax 6 caps.my qusestion is where do i need to start or add.
