should i have EFA's before or after a workout? i have always kept them for just pre/post sleep.
I just found out that they increase O2 to blood but is this long lasting (meaning i can just have them around bedtime) or short lasting (meaning i should have it before working out)?

Well right now im cutting, but i would like to know what to do while bulking and maintaining too.

I would imagine since this person is cutting, it cant hurt to get some but not a large amount of efas in their diet so as to help in recovery, am I right?
