Yeah,I wondered that too.....When you see people Some dudes have Solid round bellies while some are kinda jiggly.....does that matter on how easily it would be to lose the fat?
Hello,
About a month and a half ago I hardly had any fat on me because of my job, and ever since I quit I am sitting most of the time, I have gained 20 lbs, a ton of fat on my stomach, upper legs, butt, and sides.
Now, the fat is a very loose fat. very jiggly, so I am wondering since it's not very firm would I be able to lose it real fast?
I have started dieting and exercising a week ago and I have noticed the fat feels even more jiggly and looser. Is this a sign that it is coming off?
Thanks for your time!

"MAKE IT HAPPEN"
'Jiggly' fat is subcutaneous, which has resulted from excess calories being stored as fat. 1 kg fat = 3500 kcal, 1 pound of fat = 9500 kcals, so you were very busy before.
Fat deposits in other areas, such as the fat INSIDE the stomach that gives men that 'beach ball' appearance to their bodies, when everywhere else is more or less lean, is called omentem (or something like that, sorry about the spelling), and it is quite toxic fat as it will have hormonal effect.
More fat around your midsection is always more 'toxic' and puts you at risk for diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
Subcutaneous fat is easier to burn off than fat from hormone systems, such as the cortisol-insulin-adrenaline system being out of whack (around the midsection and the omentum).
Watch your diet a bit and start training again. However, you will only lose about 1-2 lbs of fat a week (without losing muscle or bone tissue), it will take about 2-3 months.
Best not to get fat, also depending on your genetics, age, diet, your skin may be stretched, and it takes longer to snap back/get tight. In some people with excessive weight gain, it never does.
