    What are your current stats?

What was your diet like before this? and what were you trying to achieve with it?

Stats I weigh 189.6lb 5.6ft tall not sure on Body Fat diet before was the same just less food/cals I was doing a light cut using a 40/40/20 split. I maintain weight around 2500 cals pretty easy

I generally do 4-week bulk then a 2-week light cut just to keep relatively low body fat. My main concern is on my post workout should I be having more simple carbs rather than a low GI carb like oats

I prefer the oats and fruit.

Try each one and determine which is better for you.
