    Milk Question

I was eating a bowl of Kashi Go Lean cereal last night while watching TV before heading to bed but I ended up falling asleep.

Basically, I left my milk out of the fridge for like 4-5 hours before waking up to put it back in.

I would normally just toss it and buy another one, but this jug is Organic and it is more than half full.

Good idea to throw it out or does milk not spoil as fast as I think?

I would still use it, but I will eat anything.

If I leave chicken on the counter from the night before, I will eat it still the next day.

JMO, please consult somebody who knows better then me

    Just smell it...

With milk, if you can handle the taste of it, it is okay :P

There will be no question in your mind when it is bad. Until then, drink away.

Ive got another milk question. (though I am glad sox asked THAT question cuz my milk is going warm right now cuz of the fridge)

Does milk or dairy products invoke lactic acid? New kid I work with works out and spilled this shit onto me. I dont think Ive heard of it, but does it cause muscles to burn when working out?

I'm not sure... actually I don't think we really understand what lactic acid really does. They used to think it had something to do with DOMS but I don't think that is the current wisdom.

    I could be wrong

When this kid mentioned this shit to me, I instantly thought of Randy Couture cuz he said the same shit during his training vids. Hes gotta be ready for long hard fights, so his muscles will burn too..

But this kid wasnt talking about Randy, he was talking about Frank Columbo.
