Not taken rude at all. I'm new to this and I know help is needed. I'll also be eating peanut butter, veggies, proteins, vitamins, and iron. I'll try to get EFA's and Amino's.
I eat about four-five meals a day but I'm not a full grown man either. I need a good 3000-3500 calories and a good amount of protein [100+] daily.
I only included three meals but I eat atleast one, if not, two more. They all include veggies, high protein, meat, iron, and calories but I'm trying to get more calories. I guess I just have to eat and snack more.
The plan above is around 2000 calories. I need over 1000 more. I'm going to get Carnation's Instant Breakfast. It is good for calories and I need that.
Is 100g of protein enough for me?

I'm going to reconstruct it with veggies that contain fiber and proteins, fatty foods and oils that contain many calories, and some other things such as starchy foods.
My breakfast should be fine though. Its a rather large bowl that gives over 500 calories and 30g of protein with many carbs/fat. Plus it is healthy.
How many grams of protein should I take in daily?

What do you consider a good weight gain plan? I take Whey and eat 3000 calories a day. Maybe it is shitty food but its food either way. It says to eat meats, fish, tuna, veggies, corn, and patatoes. I have all of that in my diet.

HAve you read the link that I have posted? I am going to assume not.
It isn't about Calories, it is about health and proper nourishment for the body.

Really, how healthy is that breakfast bowl with bacon & cheese????
Take a look at your lunch.. it's either fried or fat..
Get rid of the fried foods, sugar, deserts and processed food and go for fresh vege's, grilled or baked protein, brown rice, yams,, healthy things..
Yeah, it's going to be work, but its all worth it, don't you think?
