    Bulking/burning fat diets

    Hey guys!

    I'm 22 yrs old, 150lbs, 5"11'.

My goal is to gain 10-15lbs of muscle, and reduce body fat. I've been hearing that it's difficult to gain muscle while burning fat, therefore what is a good way to manage the two things?

I was told to eat more carbs and lots of protein to gain mass, and to reduce the carbs and calories to lose fat. Right now I have a diet consisting of 40% carbs, 40$ protein, and 20% fat. How do I play around with these numbers and for how long, to gain muscle and reduce fat?

Does it bring benefits to take a fat burner? Or will it have an effects on muscle growth?
