Plain natty peanut butter.
Just peanuts ground up should be in the ingredients. Maybe some salt... Nothing else.
Get it in the grocery store.
trying to gain muscle mass without gaining too much fat, which i know is hard so if i do gain more weight than expected ill be fine with it. as long as im still gettin dat muscle ;] but i wanted to get some peanut butter to make my diet a bit more interesting and give me yet another choice of food.
any certain kind to look for?
things that are ok, things i should avoid, etc.
i was looking at Taylorsnutrition.com - Bodybuilding Supplements | Wholesale Sports Nutrition | Vitamins | TaylorsNutrition - Home :: Snacks/Foods :: PowerButter Spread 16oz
but is this too much?
i already have plenty of foods for protein/good fats, etc etc.
but PowerButter seemed pretty nice and beneficial to me.
opinions please?![]()

too much $$ IMO. But if your rich, what the hell.. and while your at it throw some my way!
You can get natty pb at health stores like wild oats, or trader joes as well.

maybe, the one I used to buy was adams if i recall.. it had a yellow label.
alos it might look funny, natty pb seperates, so there will be oil on top. you just have to mix it up, and I kept mine in the fridge to make it hard
