What type of diet are you following?
There is no cookie cutter advice for a diet.
Get adequate protein, and EFA's, and Carbs to make up the rest of your diet.
What are you trying to do? Cut, Bulk?
It all comes down to Cals in vs Cals out.
hey guys...
i'm hearing that it's good to rotate with 1 med carb day, 1 high carb, and 1 low carb day. is this right? i noticed that when it says high carb day it also says low fat. and for low carb, high fat. how can this be? doesn't eating lots of carbs mean also eating lots of fat?
i was told that you need to switch up the relationship of carbs/protein in your diet, and that you need to SHOCK the body in order to gain muscle. what is this shocking of the body? how do i do that and what is it exactly?
