Plain yogurt and diarrhea

Hello people...

I have never been a dairy fan.
Lately I have tried adding Fat Free plain yogurt in to my diet due to the healthy bacteria in it.

I used to have cottage cheese and never had any problems. It has been 5 days that I have been eating 400 grams (total) of yogurt and I have been getting soft stools .kinda diarrhea...i dont get stomach bloating but still this is a bit uncomfort.....

I will try stopping the yogurt to see how I will respond to that and I am pretty sure that this problem is because o the yogurt . Although , i know yogurt is used to treat diarrhea!!....

what do you people think? should i stop it?how can i get those healthy bacteria?

let me know

thanks

Kefir is much better than yogurt as it can be consumed by people who get this kind of problem from yogurt. You should Google on the topic.

pfffff,and I really liked eating the yogurt

nice snack , low fat, 19 protein and 8 carbs in 200 grams of yoghurt

as far as probiotics can i supplement with this Udo's Choice Probiotic Blends - Flora Health Canada if it stop the yogurts?

lastly, will any lactate enzymes help at all?

i have no bloating ,gas or soever..just diarrhea
