    Need some major help!!

    Hi friends,
I just moved into college and yeah I read the last article. But the problem is that our dining halls are only open till 6:00 and then the other one is 7:00. I have class most of the time till 6:00. My problem is what to eat. I usually work out after my class and I don't know if I should eat before or not. I don't know what to eat, they have like burgers and salad bar, place to make sandwiches, pasta, and like pizza and stuff. I'm not a really big fan of those and I won't have time to make my own meals and plus I'm paying to eat in the halls. What can I do for meals? There are much more healthy things I've been taking oatmeal and tons of fruit and salads. I have a bagel with peanut butter on it at breakfast.
Can you suggest me something, which would solve my problems?
    Thanks in advance!!

    Hi kristi.amy,
I think I would be getting a microwave and can opener, knife and other basic utensils with some paper plates and maybe a small dorm room refrigerator. At the least you can eat a can of tuna and canned beans (rinse them), canned veggies (rinse them also, too much salt). There are lots of things you could keep on hand to eat, peanut butter, whole grain bread, and beef jerky, almonds.

for pre workout. buy some whey protein, scoop it into a plastic baggy and put it in your backpack. When you get to the cafeteria dump the baggie into a cup and add milk. you can do the same thing with some oats and just kinda eat them out of the baggie.
