Ive made the calculations, now what do i do with them?

For me to Bulk based on a 40/40/20 diet i need...

    2550 calories a day
    255g Protien a day
    255g Carbs a day
    57g fat a day

Based on a 5 meal plan...
    505 calories a meal
    51g protien a meal
    51g carbs a meal
    11g fat per meal

Now that i have the calculations how do i get started into the actual food plan. Do i lay out a meal plan than look at the labels and such and try to match it up?

Hit up NutritionData.com NutritionData's Nutrition Facts Calorie Counter or FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal and plan your meals based on what you laid out.

    ie
    200g of chicken
    1 cup Wild Rice
    2 Cups of Brocolli
    Olive oil
