whole grain honey wheat bread

ive been eating the whole grain wheat bread for a pretty long time now, always been checkin out the honey wheat tho cause it sounds good and seems like itd be a nice change. what do you think? i have anywhere from 2-4 slices of bread pretty much every day

where are the ingredients listed? for whole grain bread, it sure doesn't have much fiber. how much processing has gone into this bread?

damn, cant find any site that lists the ingredients. no idea how much processing. maybe i should just stick with the regular whole grain wheat bread? or better yet, any other brands you could recommend?

I think most of them are decent. But I personally like the one called 7 Sprouted Grains.

I always eat the Ezikiel sprouted grain bread. You have to find it in the freezer section of the store because it is sprouted grains. it tastes great though.

yea was goin to say that i had never heard of or seen this bread before. but thats proly because ive never really looked for it when going down the freezer aisles. ill definitely be looking for this next time i go grocery shopping, looks like they got some good flavors
