Whatever fits into your daily requirements.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

It also depends on what your workout regimen is currently. People who are cutting or just do a significant amount of cardio can get away with increased fat in their diet because the cardio will more readily use it as fuel. Roughly 20% - 25% of daily calories from fat.

On the opposite side, if your intention is to bulk you'll want to limit fat intake because you won't be doing as much cardio which means you won't burn as much fat. To prevent from packing on fat while bulking you should limit fat intake to 15% of your daily calories.

do you have any source for that?

Seems a little far fetched to me. I could imagine bulking and keep fats low, they are calorically dense and make reaching high calories that much easier.
