Egg whites and yolks
My roommates and I are curious about how much protein is divided up between the yolk and the whites. We are on a tight time schedule and boil eggs for a quick and easy snack with protein. I know the yolks are high in cholesterol but how much protein are you missing out when not eating it? Is it that bad to eat that many yolks in a day? Thanks for any info

The yolks contain all the fat in an egg.
The protein amounts are pretty equal between the yolk and the white. You can check here. NutritionData.com NutritionData's Nutrition Facts Calorie Counter |

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
