Usually not the leanest cut. Just make sure the cals and Macros fit into you daily caloric intakes.
I enjoy pork chops when I get sick of fish and chicken....If I eat like say 12 of them a month is it bad? I only ask because if its the other white meat I assumed its fairly lean. Are they bad? I grill them.

the pork i get has 4.5 grams of fat per 4 ounce serving.

I did a mesquite loin the other day...cut it into medalions.....man it was great off the grill....seemed to be very lean.

Pork is terrible for you. Pork protein is a little difficult for the body to break down. Additionally the fat in pork can sometimes cause joint problems and neurohormonal imbalances in SOME people. Pork cells also contain viruses. Its better than fast food meat or most resteruant meat but thats it.

I heard that pork is hard to get sick from because it doesn't carry virus and bacteria like beef and chicken...hmmm
I will just limit it to a few times a month. Its cheap to buy and I do love BBQ pork.
I have grilled pork chops once a month. I get them from my butcher and trim the chop a good amount before I prep it for the grill. I just like them as a change of pace, much like fish. I eat chicken as my primary protein source.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Frog legs....the other white meat

Its what my proffessor tells me. There hasnt been much research into the manner which the PRRS virus effects humans or if it does at all but he believes it does. I guess I shouldnt have stated it as being so factual but Dr. Mcrae knows his shit.
Unfortunately, that's really not enough to go on.but he believes it does
Who is Dr. Mcrae? What institution? Is he a pathologist (just getting a sense of the information)?
