    Also, cheap fish oils, such as no brand name fish oils, you can't guarantee are molecularly distilled. That is probably the case with the kind you bought and therefore, that would actually be the problem itself and not the fish oil.

    I like to do this for my fats:

    1/2 T. Flax Oil
    2 T Flax Seeds
    1 T. Olive Oil
    3-6 Fish oil caps (depends on the potency)
    Then any other fats from foods such as an egg yolk or nuts and the fats in my proteins.

    That's my daily fat regime but should be increased per size of the individual.

    I know what you're saying, fish oil just makes me think twice now. Not because I'm scared of it, but mostly because of the other implications it has. Due to the liver results, my derm took me off of some other meds and my skin has gone back to being shit.

    I'm honestly willing to give up optimal fats if it means I don't have to do that again if I can convince him that it was the oil and not the meds (which it was). My skin is #2 right under my bodyfat on my list of important shit to fix.

    No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
