Hello,
I am not overweight, however, I eat very poorly. I would like some tips on what to buy at the grocery store that is easy to snack on and that is healthy. One of my friends began to eat 6 times a day and lost so much weight. I want to lose about 10 lbs. Ive been excercising but i think that my food intake is really hindering me. Any advice tips or quick recipes would be greatly appreciated. I dont even know how to cook chicken breast so the easier the better.
