canola oil
Does anyone know anything about canola oil? My wife uses it to cook and one of her co-workers told her today that it wasnt safe. I looked it up and some articles say it has a poison in it that is the same as mustard gas, whatever that is. Today is the first Ive ever heard anything about this, Thanks for your help.

I have a bottle. I rarley use it, but I do once in awhile. I bought it at the health food store so I don't think it would be complete garbage. Actually, I only use it when I make almond pancakes.

whernt pigs fed on that shit for some years and then whent crazy and had to be put down?
I read canola oil is safe but shouldnt be used for years on end.
