Attn:W8, DP and others who know their stuff

Ok I was wondering if you guys could take a look at this program that i am doing and suggfest anything that you could on it. Thanks you all for being os patient and helping everyone out!

My goal is to put on as much muscle as i can, but i dont want to put on excessive fat that dosent need to be there for growth. So basically I want to put on lean muscle without the fats that likes to tag along.

    Ok here goes:

4:00 wake up (I have a shitty construction job for the summer so yeah, this is early as hell!)
4:30: take in protein with skim milk (not sure if this is a good thing to mix with, Suggestion welcome!) 5oz creatine, 5oz Glutamine, a Multi, and GoPro has me on 1-AD right now. I will also have oatmeql here
8:30: Tuna fish sandwitch on Whole wheat, 1-AD, mauybe a bannana or other fruit.
12:30: Tuna fish on Whole wheat, Peanut Butter on whole wheat, fruit again.
3:30-4:00 ( I finally get home from work) Eat Cottage cheese, protein shake, oatmeal
4:30 or 5:30 :At the gym untill probably around 7:00. I usually workout for like 45 min to an hour, and then do like 15-20 minutes of cardio.

As soon as i get home from the gym I take in a protein shake again with skim milk (again suggestions on what to mix it with welcome) and usually some glutamine. (should I take in more creatine here also?)

then before bed I will have some more cottage cheese, then catch as much sleep as possible.

Any help that anyone can offer would be greatly apperciated!! Again, my goals are posted at the top of the page and if you have any questions please ask. Oh and w8, if you are wondering, i have had to take break from fighting for a little bit becasue of being so busy at work. Thats why I am concentrating on building some mass right now. Thanks again

DP...you ever seen an over w8 construction worker? Me either...I doubt that 20 minutes of cardio is necessary!

Mix your protein w/ flax seed oil or 3-4 tbsp heavy whipping cream (not whipped cream) and water.

No, your thinking of the wrong cream! No sugar, 5 grams of fat per TBLS and .7 grams of carbs! Look next to the milk in th dairy section!

    I hope you mean grams?

It's optional, dosing creatine depends a lot on LBM and W/O frequency!

Why do we want to eat fat? Won't eating fat make us fat?

I want to gain some muscle, but I don't want to get too big because I want to maintain my flexability and intelligence. Should I be taking creatine serum?
