i know this is my first post but i have been reading iron addicts and this site for some time and really was wondeirng if someone could help me.
ok latley i have been working out mon wed fri and doing some cardio inbetween but nothing set in stone cause usually my heart rate gets up when doing my regular workouts.
im 6,1 weigh 175 i was only 160 a month to a month and a half ago, most of it i noticed is muscle i have been making really good gains but latley i have noticed my stomach getting bigger i was starting to have good abs about 3 weeks in my new workout sceme and not there not really there anymore, so i was wanting some advice if i should keep eatting the way i am for another month or so and then diet or if i should take some body fat off now that way i wont have to take off as much later on,
this is my typical day of what i eat.
6-6:30 am- 2 packets of oatmeal or, 4 waffles, or cereal
9:30-10am- protien shake, half chicken breast, 1/4 cup of almonds, half of a peanut butter sandwich and very little jelly, and a apple
12pm- usually eat a small lunch just a ham sandwich or roastbeef sandwich,
3:30-4 other half of the peanut butter sanwich, protien bar, apple, and other half of the chicken breast
then i eat dinner around 6-7 and 9-10 times i have some kind of meat either steak chicken hamburg, or fish
o and on workout days (mon wed fri i drink a protein shake before and after my workout take first one about 4:30 5 then whenever i get done i take another i drink nitro tech hardcore)
so actually theres 2 questions could someone adjust my diet to make it better for gaining more muscle (bulkin) im guessing thats like how it is now,
and then could someone lay me out or adjust mine to make it for loosing body fat i really want to try to get my abs back,
and should i start running on tues and thurs the days i dont work out?
